Finish-It-Yourself Tiny House Shell
This Tiny House Shell just showed up in my Facebook Marketplace feed.
It is in Candler, NC
8’x20′ Tiny House (inside needs to finished) $27,000
The Tiny Project tiny house is ideal for a single person or couple who work from home, or simply want a beautiful retreat to escape to after a long day at the office. It tows smoothly and is manageable enough for those who plan on moving their tiny home on a more regular basis. Perhaps the Tiny Project is the tiny home for you!
20’x8’x13′ built on a heavy duty dual-axle trailer with single loft and windows strategically placed throughout the home. This tiny house has the plumbing already installed, brand new siding and new roof. All this tiny house needs is a creative mind to design the inside. Remember it’s just a shell for now.
These tiny homes sell for around $65,000 complete. I’m asking $27,000 for this tiny house. Wouldn’t take a lot more to have this tiny home complete and ready to move in. Feel free to contact me via email, text, or just call me if you have any questions or would like to see it. I’m located in Candler, NC.
Thanks for looking,
Joe
It looks like this guy bought a shell and started to complete it. He was going to rent it as an Airbnb.
He bought a Tiny House Shell to finish himself. I googled it. It’s a thing. A lot of companies that sell complete Tiny Towables also sell unfinished versions that you can finish yourself. They are available at a lot of different prices and a lot of different stages of finished-ness.
Then he ran into problems with zoning. His area is only zoned for permanent dwellings.
He has decided to sell the tiny house and build a 384 square foot cabin.
Home Depot now sells the Summer Wind Storage Barn and the Sundance 2-Story Building instead of the Classic Manor New Day Cabin.
