New Modular at Premier Homes of the Carolinas

New Modular at Premier Homes of the Carolinas

Saturday we went with my sister-in-law and her husband to Premier Homes of the Carolinas to look at the modular homes. They have a new model home. I don’t remember which model it is, but we really like it!

It has an open floor plan. The kitchen has an island with space for bar stools.

Across from the kitchen, off the hallway, is a laundry area tucked into a closet. They have put in plenty of storage throughout this model.

The living room is big enough even for this rather over-sized furniture.

The living room and bedrooms are carpeted. The rest of the flooring has the look of hardwood.

Bedroom

There are three bedrooms. One master and two smaller bedrooms.
The bedroom furniture looks familiar. It is the same furniture they used in one of the other models.

So, this is the front of the house. The stairs on the left lead to a small foyer off the living room. The door under the porch leads to the door between the dining room and the living room. There is a sliding glass door from the deck on the right to the dining room.
