Wouldn’t this be a great place to do projects? The standard front porch isn’t very big, but big enough for a couple of chairs and to not stand in the rain when you unlock the door.

The brochure calls this the Pressure Treated Cottage. It is available in a variety of sizes, from 10’ x 16’  at $3,690.00 to 14’ x 36’ at $9,645.00. Delivery and setup is free. You can even rent-to-own for as little as $182.36 per month. With a barn style roof they call it a cabin. I don’t know why.

There are lots of windows, sunny with plenty of airflow.

The interior is way more spacious than it looks!

It is unfinished, but add some insulation and nail up some beadboard and you have a really charming little house!

The garage door is optional. You might need it to drive your motorcycle in!

The model has an optional 12’ wide garage door. That would be practical if you wanted to park your motorcycle in your she-shed…

You don't have to add a garage door, so it will be more like a tiny house.
