Someone sent me a photo of this cabin on Facebook Marketplace. It is on an Asheville Garage Sale Group, but the cabin is in Pensacola, FL.

The post did not say a lot so I did some research and this is what I found.

This is the living room. It has “Decorative Gypsum Wallboard” on most of the walls, with lap siding on the accent wall with the in-wall fireplace.

Drywall or sheetrock are gypsum wallboard. This type, paper-faced interior gypsum panels is the type of finish often used on mobile homes. It is inexpensive, lightweight and durable. The seams between the pre-finished, vinyl-covered wall panel boards are finished with batten strips.

The floor is sheet linoleum.

Upgrades are available for everything.

This is the kitchen. It is an efficient pass-through plan.

This is the kitchen from the other side, standing by the fridge.

Past the kitchen is the bathroom on one side and the laundry area on the other side.

The alcove across from the bathroom fits a stacked washer and dryer.

See the laundry area from inside the bedroom. The bedroom has a sliding barn door.

The closet has two barn style sliding doors.

Inside the closet has shelves and hanging rods.

This is the floor plan. 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with Shower, Laundry, Kitchen, Living Room.
