Electric professionally installed with numerous outlets and plenty of lighting, including ceiling fan with lights.
Internet and Solar ready. On demand hot water for shower and sinks. 3 burner stove, oven, hot water use propane gas. Climb ladder to a sleeping loft with custom installed safety rails, queen bed. Full kitchen-apt size fridge and bathroom with shower, sink and flush toilet. One closet with 3 drawers. Mitsubishi split ac/heat. Additional air conditioner in loft.
