Toy Hauler Tiny Home Camper Conversion
This toy hauler has a tiny house hidden inside.
Someone in Asheville, NC converted a Toy Hauler into a Camper/Tiny Home.
On the outside, you would never guess it is anything but a trailer to move and store your motorcycle or ATV. But inside it has been finished with a king-sized bed, a practical kitchen, bathroom and storage.
TINY HOME CAMPER TRAILER TOY HAULER – $15,500
This is an awesome, discreet, tiny home build that is ready for the road and perfect for driveway or property living as well. All you need is an extension chord and water hose and you are living easy!
Excellent Condition with very little road time. This upgraded 8.5’x24′ “Covered Wagon” cargo trailer started as a well-built, solidly constructed trailer foundation and has been converted into a simple open plan tiny home living situation for parked comfort and adventure travels.
Nice, basically brand new appliances, and a stackable custom bed that can be easily moved and transformed from two twins into a king. Great kitchen space, small closet area and still plenty of space to pull toys in the back with the bed slid forward.
On the outside, you would never guess it is anything but a trailer to move and store your motorcycle or ATV.
This is not a cheaply made bargain trailer base. She has radial truck tires (w/ spare) and is super road worthy, even for the long haul.
But inside it has been finished with a king-sized bed, a practical kitchen, bathroom and storage.
The bed can be King-sized or can be separated into two twin-sized beds.
The floor and ceiling are finished. It doesn’t show in the outside photo, but there is a door on the other side to get to the kitchen and toilet even when it is full of “toys.”
Nicely done floors, trim, ceiling, counters and storage areas.
Her electrical wiring was done just like a home would be, with standard outlets for 120v power. The breaker panel flows to an Epicord 50 amp power cord twist lock connection underneath the rig. It connects to 50a power supply.
The kitchen has plenty of storage, a good sized fridge with freezer, and a sink with water.
- LG 18 cu.ft. Refrigerator
- Krause Granite Composite Sink with Matte Black Faucet
- Conduction Hot Plate
- Multiple BPA Free Drinking Water Safe Hoses
- Custom kitchen shelving and storage
There is a lot more counter space than most campers or tiny houses.
The sink is deep and usable.
The LG 18 cu.ft. Refrigerator is as big as many people have in their home.
There is no stove, but a conduction hotplate and a toaster oven can prepare nearly anything.
There are four LED lights and plenty of closet space.
The toilet is easily accessible from the side door.
The toilet is a liquids/solids separating compost dry toilet and sends liquids inline with the sink (and washer machine if installed) to flow with the greywater drainage. Solids are then non-toxic, and can be discarded anywhere, just like when you pickup after your dog. Compostable toilet is high quality with a built in exhaust fan that works great. This has been used by a family of 4 and never had any issues with lingering smells.
Here is what was done in the conversion and what is included:
- Swedish Separett Composting Toilet
- Della 18000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner with intake
- Fan-Tastic RV Roof Fan/Vent
- LG 18 cu.ft. Refrigerator
- Krause Granite Composite Sink with Matte Black Faucet
- Conduction Hot Plate
- Dumble 50 amp RV Power Cord
- 50 amp RV Surge Guard
- 30 amp to 50 amp Adapter
- 120v to 50 amp Adapter
- 4x Sconce LED Lighting
- Multiple BPA Free Drinking Water Safe Hoses
- Unbreakable Hitch Clamp
- Custom stackable bed
- Custom built closet space
- Custom kitchen shelving and storage
Everything works. She is emptied of belongings and ready to go!
Serious inquiries only. Cash is king.
I’m not desperate so no need to lowball. Possibly interested in trading for tiny home // shed build.
