We are selling a log home kit for the balance owed. It has not been manufactured. There is no time limit on delivery. We do need a 60-90 day notice to deliver. The kit includes all the logs, precut and numbered, with the windows and doors cut out and the bottom base log recessed an inch for wiring. All of the hardware, the insulation that goes in between the logs, the wooden dowel pins, and the fasteners are also included. We do supply complete blueprints from foundation detail to the roof, the stack sheets and a construction manual. Delivery is included to NC and surrounding states.
The kit is from American Log Homes & Cabins. It is listed by Michele Wilson Szabo. American Log Homes About page says she is one of the owners, so you are buying the log cabin kit directly from the manufacturer.

What’s in the kit? American Log Homes kits only include the materials not available locally.
…the customer can actually save money by negotiating with a local building supply company for all these conventional materials such as windows, doors, roofing, etc. This also saves shipping charges for transporting these readily available materials from our plant to your construction site.
American Log Homes sells a lot of different log cabin kits. This one has a wrap around type porch.
