Since then the development has grown and matured into a real neighborhood with vacation homes and year-round residents. It is unusual to find one of the best locations available to rent, but right now there are 6 tiny homes in Acony Bell available to buy. If you are approved, you can stay on the lot the home is set up on.
Acony Bell Tiny Home Community is on 50 acres in Mills River, North Carolina. There were around 100 tiny homes there the last time I posted about it. I don’t know if it has grown since then.
The tiny homes for sale range in price from $70,000 to $145,000. They are 8 x 24, 8 x 28, 8 x 36 and 8.5 x 34.
