Life throws u curveballs so I know need to sale the home.  It’s still on the trailer and can be moved to ur location.  The home has been sitting since the 1st of the year.   I’m asking 199k and price is neg.   My lost is your gain. The has has been delivered. It is just waiting to be moved to a foundation on your land.

It includes the optional dormer windows to have light and airflow upstairs.

This is what it looks like in a modular home before it is put together. The two sections are wrapped in plastic. The right side in this photo will be the center of the house.

All of the pieces you need to complete the home are included. (Except the foundation.)

The interior doors that will go in the middle of the house are ready to install once the two modules, sections are put together.

These are the stairs to the second floor.

The kitchen has everything, all of the appliances.

The appliance package includes the dishwasher, stove, ducted range hood, fridge and microwave.

There is a double stainless steel sink with a goose neck pull down sprayer faucet.

The corner of the kitchen is a walk-in pantry.

There are shelves on the pantry walls already. The flooring is included, ready to install once the two sections are put together.
