This is the Reynolds model manufactured by Champion Homes. It is one of their Dutch Elite Single Section Homes. Their website says it is a total of 908 square feet, plus the optional porch.
There are additional costs besides just buying the mobile home. It costs more for delivery and setup. You are going need some sort of foundation, HVAC, electric and plumbing, a well and septic if you don’t already have them (or city water and sewer hookups, if it’s available). You might need a driveway and some grading to level a spot for your home. And you will need steps to get in.
