Nationwide Homes Wallburg Ranch Style Modular Home
We considered a modular home from Premier Homes of the Carolinas before we built this house. I looked through my notes to see if any of the plans we considered then might work. The Wallburg model from Nationwide Homes was very reasonably priced. It’s bigger than we are considering now, but it might give me an idea while I wait for things to open this morning.

The eat-in kitchen area is off to the side, so it’s not the first thing you see when you walk in the front door. I really like that.
There is a window over the sink that looks out the front. I like that, too.

The back (side) door enters the kitchen through a laundry room. We can add a carport or garage on that side of the house.
