Jay Osborne, www.freefarmhouse.com, has designed a Tiny Farmhouse, under 500 square feet and an ADU Small Farmhouse in three sizes and dozens of variations.
The three sizes start at 16×24 with 646 square feet, this house, a little larger 16×28 with 749 square feet, and the largest 16×32 with 857 square feet, all with potential additions and alterations.

The roof line is kept low, which saves money.

You can make changes to it. This shows a back door into the kitchen with a stoop and shed roof.

This shows just a deck at the main entrance. The covered porch is over the door that opens into the kitchen.
