Stanley III Modular Home Tour

I toured the modular home models at Premier Homes of the Carolinas near Hendersonville.  The first one is the Stanley III and I really like it.

I had done some presearch at the Premier Homes of the Carolinas website and this is one of the model homes on the site.

The Stanley III has an entry, then a large open floor plan.

Living Room

The living room is bright, with windows opening onto the front porch. The opposite wall has a built-in entertainment center.

There are a number of different options to the way the modular home can be factory built. The model was built with the optional screened in porch.  Click to open the plans bigger.

Dining Room

The dining room opens onto a screened in back/side porch.

Kitchen

There are kitchen options, too. The kitchen has a nice island that combines seating for four with plenty of storage and counter space. There is also a built in double fridge.

A walk-in pantry is convenient.

Master Bedroom Suite

The master bedroom looks out the front of the house. This is a Queen bed, but the room is big enough for a King sized bed.

Double sliding barn doors lead to the master bath. There is a water closet for privacy.

The walk-in shower is beautiful.

There is a large walk-in closet.

Split Floor Plan

Two more bedrooms and a bath are on the other side of the house down a short hall.

I love the cool bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. This room is 10′ 8″ x 13′ 9″. It has a good sized double door closet.

The front bedroom is 12′ 3″ x 9′ 10″. The windows look out the front. It also has a double door closet.

The back door is through the laundry room.

Porches

The front porch is standard.

There is a really good front porch on the house. It has enough room for a table and chairs on one side.

The model had the optional screened in porch off the dining room.

The standard plan has a den instead of the screened in porch.
