LP Smart Cottage from Carolina Storage Solutions

We went back to Carolina Storage Solutions to look at the barn again.

In with the Garden Sheds and Barns was this adorable little mini house. It is the LP Smart Cottage.

This one is 10′ x 16′. We would need to pull permits. Where our house is, permits are needed for anything over 12′ in any direction except up.

But it is available 12′ x 12′. It was one of the ones we considered. At 12′ x 12′, the LP Smart Cottage costs $3,895, or $27.05 per square foot of floor space. Standard it  has a 7′ side wall and comes with one window and a double door.
