The owner and her husband bought it to live in while they restored an old farmhouse. Now they are moving in and passing the Tiny House on.

It has everything. All it needs is power and water. It is ready for you to live in. It is an ideal little efficiency.

Or rent it out as a vacation rental. All the comfort of a hotel room, but with the privacy of a cabin.

It is bright and cheerful with four large windows.

The ceilings are vaulted to make the Tiny House feel bigger than it is. There is even enough room to add a separate sleeping loft or room for more storage.
