There are two kits. One is 8’ x 16’. The other is 10’ x 18’ They are both 10’ tall at the peak.

There is an adult sized double door on the back. You can easily move in furnishings.

Big enough for you to walk in through the 4’ wide  x 6’ high adult-sized door on the back.

The front door is child-sized, 20” wide x 40” high. It is a dutch door.

It comes with nearly everything. Even window boxes for flowers.

The front of the house has rich carpenter gothick Victorian details.

Notice the little windows open and even have screens.

The windows go all around the tower.

There are 17 safety glass windows and they all really open and close. They even have screens, too!

The turret side has a ladder to reach the second floor.

Choose your own paint color and shingles.  The kit does not include shingles, so you can choose shingles that will coordinate with your house.

Delivery of Panelized Kits:

Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
