They have 2 x 3 stud framing, working windows with safety glass and screens, even the flower boxes are included.

There is a 20’ x 40’ child sized door on the front and a 34’ x 61” adult sized door on the side.

What you need to assemble the Little Cottage Co. Cape Cod Playhouse Kit

The Cape Cod Playhouse Kit is a Do-It-Yourself kit.

It comes with all of the hardware need to put it together except the roof shingles and drip edge.

You can buy a floor kit. It is already treated and ready to place on the ground.

The Little Cottage Co. provides complete step-by-step instructions that are supposed to be easy for anyone to follow. There is a picture for every step.

These are the tools you need:

• Cordless drill, 12 volt or higher
• Step ladder
• Chalk line
• Utility knife
• Hook knife (for utility knife to cut shingle)
• Square Drive Bit #2
• Speed Square or Triangle Square
• Hammer

Materials you need:

• Shingles
• Drip Edge
• Paint
• Floor Materials (if purchased without floor)
• Optional: three 4×4 pressure treated posts for under the floor (this is required with the deck option)
