We set a record for rainfall over the last two weeks. The previous record for May was 9.18 inches. We had 17 inches. There has been flooding, evacuations and fatalities. I-26 was closed for nearly 8 hours with 3 feet of flood water and downed trees. I-40 was closed by flooding and a mudslide.
