AND we found you are not limited to what is in the Design Studio. We already had a list of things we wanted. They could work with that and give us exactly what we wanted!

I have to admit, I had low expectations when I first visited the model. I had visited a lot of models. At every one, someone said we could have what we were looking for, but when it came right down to it, we couldn’t. Or they never ever came back with a price. Or, if they did come back with a price it was completely out of site. Or they came back with a very reasonable price, then wouldn’t hammer it down with specifics.

Building with Schumacher Homes was very different from the modular companies we had been working with. You have every option in the world. Even if they don’t have it shown at the Design Studio, they can price it out.

When I first went there, I was just delighted to see that I could have the finishes I wanted. Most of the standard options are what I would have selected in the first place. I really wanted chrome in the bathroom. Doesn’t that sound like a pretty easy one? No. Seems Satin Nickel is what you get now.

This is absolutely true. We had a wish list and every single thing we wanted was available. Most of it wasn’t even an upcharge. We were able to have the items we had already listed, mostly just working with the Level 1 standard options! And for the other things, Schumacher Homes could work with us and give us exactly what we wanted.

This is true, too. They patiently priced everything out. It was broken down to specifics so we could make a very informed decision. Most options they have in their computer, so they could give us an immediate answer, no wait at all. Some things were more complex. They could give us a ballpark, then emailed back with specifics.
