Noble Cape Modular Home by Palm Harbor Homes
The Noble Cape is a modular home manufactured by Palm Harbor Homes. It has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and a footprint of 26.2’x56′, 1,464 square feet. It is made of two 13’ modules that are 56’ long. Upstairs there is 950 square feet of unfinished space.
We’ve toured this home and it has a really practical layout. The laundry room is out the back, so that is where the garage would go. I like that idea, but I’m not sure it will work on our land…
This is the standard floor plans that ship from the company.
These are some optional kitchens.
The biggest thing I would like to change is less bathroom. A single nice deep tub would be perfect for me. I would prefer a bigger mudroom/laundry room, with some shelves to serve as a pantry.
So, here is my first edit to these plans. It is flipped to the direction it would sit on our land.
I would probably change the kitchen, too.

More changes…
So, here is the floor plan with the edits to the kitchen and the bathroom.
And another version…
