I’m not really crazy about the layout that comes with the modular we are planning.

So, I looked at other options for the other modulars and moved things around.

Thought I’d share.

Actually, these are all backwards from the direction my kitchen will be.
I like the kitchen that is one of the Logan model alternates.

So, here is my idea. It fits in the space, It is the wall that is the alternate from the Noble, but with the side like the Logan. With the stove against the outside wall.

So, here is the floor plan with the edits to the kitchen and the bathroom.

I have cabinets that I bought for my office. This plan uses them in the kitchen of the new house.

Gonna have to round the corner of the bar or I will have a constant bruise there.

I already have these cabinets:

Base

  • 2 x 24”

Wall

  • 3 x 24” wide x 36” high
  • 1 x 36” wide x 27” high
  • 1 x 36” wide x 30” high

Here’s another option. This is the kitchen from the R-Anell Summit Highland modular.
