We are considering this garage for additional storage and work space. It is a modular garage. It is delivered nearly complete, then unfolded and put together on our land. It is available in sizes up to 24′ x 36′, really big!
There is plenty of storage upstairs. The windows make it nice and bright.
This is the upstairs of a smaller version. The roof pitch is 8/12, so the bigger it is, the higher the ceiling.
The model is a two car garage. The stairs are not steep at all.

The Board & Batten Modular Garage with Full Loft can be customized to match your home with Vinyl or Hardi Board siding.
The Carriage House garage doors in the illustration are not the doors in the base price. These doors cost an additional $250.00 per door.
Paint is one color only. Add $450.00 for a second color on the trim and an additional $55 per door and $20 per window for contrasting trim paint.
These prices include concrete anchors and sealer around base rail. The only thing not in these prices is cost of concrete foundation. A concrete foundation is required for these garages. Carolina Storage Solutions can do the excavating and concrete work, or we can do ourselves. Either way, it has to have footers, piers, or a concrete pad.
